At age 54 I am in the best shape of my life. I train harder, longer and more frequently than I was ever able to do in my youth. In my experience if you consistently aim for new heights, rather accepting that decline is inevitable, your body responds as well as it ever did. There are a few little problems that can occur as you age, but these are completely reversible with the right training. The important thing is to get your mind in the right place; where the mind goes the body follows!
