Nine days into the "10,000 Pushups in 30 Days" challenge I decided to add a few more pushup challenges. 10,000 pushups is a lot to get through and it helps to have some little mini-challenges to keep things interesting.
Pushup Mini Challenges
Complete as many pushups as possible in a 24 hour period.
9th November 2017 - 650 reps - PB
[Part of the 10,000 pushups in November challenge. Form had deteriorated quite badly, so hopefully I'll replace this with some quality high rep pushups sometime soon.]

[Three days after my last max reps attempt. I'm still doing the 10k pushup challenge, but I've cut daily numbers and am now concentrating on form. Today's attempt was much better, but numbers have dropped to 25. I'll make my next attempt at the end of the month - that gives me a little over two weeks to work on it. I'm aiming high - 50 good reps!]

[Form could be much better - I'm sagging a bit and I'd like to go quite a bit deeper. This was done on day 10 of the 10,000 pushups in a month challenge, after completing 4200 pushups. I think I've been sacrificing form to get high numbers. I'll cut back numbers, focus on form and try again at the end of the 10k challenge.]
